1. Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total package valued per person is required upon confirmation of the tour by Travel Dream Pte Ltd. This deposit is non-refundable once the ticketing / land arrangement had been confirmed.

2. Final Payment - Balance Payment:
Once the trip is confirmed, full payment or the balance of the payment had to be made 21days before departure or at the time of booking, if the booking is made within the 21days, full payment is required. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Any cancellation of bookings is to be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.

All refund will be expedited but may take up to 3-6months to be processed due to administrative procedures. No refund or reduction will be made for any unutilized services or no show cases.

5. Tour Prices and Information:
Package prices shown are current at the time of printing. Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, increases in airfares, local taxes etc. The tour price excludes laundry, room service, unspecified meals, beverages, excess baggage charges, passport and visa costs airport taxes, personal and baggage insurance, tips and all other items of a personal nature.

6. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend all participants to purchase travel insurance prior to the commencement of the trip. Travel Dream Private Limited can recommend you the appropriate insurance policies.

7. Passport and Visa:
It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain a passport valid for at least 6 months and visas (if required) for the country to be visited. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of each tour participant.

8. Privacy:
As our customer, we will be responsible for all personal data collected, and will be processed fairly and lawfully while in our possession or custody. Travel Dream Private Limited shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information that the customers provide will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access.

9. Responsibility and Liability:
Travel Dream Private Limited and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the passengers and the transportation, accommodation, companies, entertainment and meals suppliers and to the principals involved in this tour.

Travel Dream Private Limited does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, Act of Gods, Government or any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
